Zyncron ("we", "us", or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you install or use the Zyncron App (the "App") in connection with your Shopify-supported store.

1. Personal Information the App Collects

When you install the App, we are automatically able to access certain types of information from your Shopify account:

• Shop Information: Shop name, email address, physical address, and store domain.
• Product Information: We access your product list, including SKUs, prices, and inventory levels, to provide our price synchronization services.
• User Information: Name and email of the store owner for communication purposes.

Important: We DO NOT collect or store any personal data about your customers (PII), such as customer names, addresses, or credit card information.

2. How Do We Use Your Personal Information?

We use the personal information we collect from you and your store in order to:

• Provide the App's core functionality (calculating and updating product prices).
• Communicate with you regarding service updates or support requests.
• Manage your subscription and billing through Shopify.
• Ensure the security and integrity of our App.

3. Sharing Your Personal Information

We do not sell your personal information. We only share your information with third parties as necessary to provide the App's services:

• Shopify: To manage billing and app installation.
• Supabase: As our primary data storage provider.
• Compliance with Laws: We may share your information to comply with applicable laws and regulations.

4. Data Retention and Deletion

When you uninstall the App, we will keep your store's configuration for a period of 48 hours in case you decide to reinstall. After 48 hours, all store-specific data is automatically deleted from our systems via Shopify's mandatory webhooks.

5. GDPR and CCPA Compliance

If you are a resident of the European Economic Area (EEA) or California, you have certain rights regarding your data. We support all mandatory Shopify GDPR webhooks to ensure your data and your customers' data is handled correctly.

We may update this privacy policy from time to time in order to reflect, for example, changes to our practices or for other operational, legal or regulatory reasons.
